Whiskey Sour
It’s simple, yet delectably delicious. Especially if you enjoy a sour taste. It takes three simple ingredients to make. Two parts whiskey and one part fresh lemon juice with a teaspoon of sugar. Put everything into a shaker over ice and shake well for 30 seconds. It’s the perfect cocktail for the summer season.
Old Fashioned
Our staff fave, the Old Fashioned has a strong bourbon or rye whiskey kick you want to feel, yet the bitters, sugar cube and ice cube takes the perfect amount of edge off. Add a piece of bacon and maple syrup for extra flavor.
Manhattan
A storied classic, the cocktail originated from a Manhattan Club back in the 1800’s. It is made with whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters. The result is a strong cocktail with slight bitterness and some herbal undertones coming from the bitters and vermouth.
Tom Collins
If you’re a fan of gin, this is the perfect drink for you. The clean flavor is what drives men and women to this classic cocktail. The refreshing drink contains only a few ingredients (gin, lemon juice, sugar, and soda water) dand tastes like a spiked sparkling lemonade and will cool you down on a hot day.
Negroni
This classic Italian cocktail was made popular after US soldiers brought it back after WWII. Simple and balanced, it’s made of 1 part campari, 1 part gin and 1 part sweet vermouth. Add an orange peel for garnish and voila! You’ve got yourself one of the most popular drinks in the world.
